Hi, my name is Ju XU, and I come from China.
I'm studying Culinary Management (Integrated Learning) Program (H116) which in
George Brown College and this is my third semester course. I never thought I
were be a chef in the future, since I came Canada, ever thing changed, as the
time going, I realize that being a chef have lots of fun.
Why did I choose this
course? Because I like taking photos. My brother-in-law gave me a Digital
single-lens reflex camera when I came to Canada, so I can take a little
bit higher quality picture now, but I'm still a beginner, need learn a lot of skills for taking good photos.
